Our Humble Beginnings 

Our story here at Brown’s Alignment, Brake, and Auto Repair began in 1986, when our founders, Bayne, and Ann Norris, decided it was the right time to purchase the business and take a swing at running an auto repair shop. With experience in engineering, Bayne had worked for Black & Decker for 28 years, and Ann was a mother and schoolteacher, realizing it was time for change. Fast-forward to our current-day business and legacy, people from far and wide throughout North Carolina trust us with their repairs, replacements, and maintenance, and they continue to refer us to their friends, family, and colleagues. Hard work, dedication, and a love for people have kept us afloat in this ever-evolving industry, as well as our top-of-the-line equipment, technology, training, and amazing ASE-certified technicians and front-end staff.
